Our facility, with a total area of over 40,000 m², can accommodate EUR (800 x 1200) and FIN (1000 x 1200) pallets up to 2500 mm in height and 1200 kg in weight. The warehouse racking system is adaptable to various cargo types, and we offer customized layouts and zoning. What is the difference between contract warehousing and container rental?
Container Rental – You manage the placement, inventory, and shipping yourself. This is suitable if you have your own logistics team and for goods that do not require temperature control.
Contract Warehousing (Responsible Storage) – We receive your goods against waybills with a physical inspection for quantity and quality. We place them in storage areas, pick and pack orders upon request, and dispatch them in the agreed format (on pallets, in boxes, or in bulk). Additionally, we provide temperature-controlled zones to ensure your products remain in peak condition. During the winter, the indoor temperature is maintained at a minimum of +16°C.
Are the warehouse facilities secure? Are there video cameras on-site?
Yes, we provide high-level security. All our warehouse complexes are equipped with modern fire suppression systems and CCTV surveillance. Security is maintained by our own dedicated security team and disciplined warehouse staff. Additionally, we provide voluntary warehouse operator’s liability insurance for extra peace of mind.
What types of cargo are accepted, and are there any prohibited items?
We accept various types of goods for storage:
– Dry non-food products;
– Children’s goods;
– Construction materials;
– Tobacco and alcohol products;
– Electronics, appliances, and auto parts;
– Household goods.
We do not accept the following types of goods:
– Perishable goods or items requiring specialized refrigeration (without specialized equipment);
– Hazardous materials;
– Goods prohibited for circulation in the Republic of Belarus.
Prior to placement, we conduct a mandatory cargo inspection to ensure compliance with our storage conditions.
What are the minimum and maximum storage durations?

When can deliveries and shipments be carried out?

Is cargo packaging mandatory? Do you provide packaging materials?
Yes, goods must be properly packaged—this is a condition for safety and a requirement of the storage agreement.However, we offer an additional service: packaging goods for shipment based on the customer’s requirements, including marketplace standards. Packaging can be done using our materials or materials provided by the customer. The packaging format depends on your requirements.
